Background

Grant Cardone 10X was launching the 10X Unbreakable Program with a major in-person event. The launch needed swag kits that matched the program's premium positioning — and they needed them fast.

The Challenge

10,000+ premium kits. 15 custom items in each. Two weeks from greenlight to delivered-on-site. Branding had to be perfect across every item, packaging had to feel like an unboxing moment, and there was no second chance — the event date was fixed.

Our Solution

We pulled the timeline forward by leaning on our overseas manufacturing relationships, running production in parallel across categories, and designing packaging in lockstep with production so nothing waited. Final kits were white-glove delivered to the event venue with timing built around the run-of-show.
