Everything, answered in one place.

Search across pricing, orders, shipping, fulfillment, redeem pages, build-a-box, and more. Still stuck? A 20-minute call gets you a real quote.

No. You only pay for what you order, store, and ship. Creating an account, getting mockups, and talking to your swag expert are all free.

No platform fee. The only one-time charges are physical setup fees from production (e.g. screen setup for screen printing) — those are itemized on every quote.

Yes. Verified 501(c)(3) organizations get an automatic 10% off every order plus tax-exempt treatment with a valid certificate. Apply from the Non-profit card on the pricing page.

Yes — we accept purchase orders and offer net terms for qualified accounts. Our accounting team handles POs and invoicing directly; mention it on your first call.

We send free blank samples on request so you can check quality and fit before you commit. Custom pre-production samples with your decoration applied may carry a small charge that is credited back on your production order — your expert will confirm on the quote.

Rush 5-day production is available on most SKUs. Any rush surcharge is itemized on your quote before you approve, so there are no surprises.

There is no minimum dollar value and no ceiling — we price everything by line item, so a single small run and a 10,000-unit program are both welcome. Per-unit pricing drops as volume climbs; the calculator on the pricing page shows the curve.

12 units per SKU for individual items. Kits start at 25 packs — that's where assembly stays efficient and per-unit pricing stays attractive.

Free and unlimited. Send your logo, get a mockup back within 24 hours, and revise as many times as you need before anything goes to production.

Standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks from final mockup approval. Rush 5-day turnarounds are available on most SKUs.

Yes. We will send free blank samples on request, and pre-production photo proofs are included on every kit before we run the full job.

You can change or cancel any time before you approve the final mockup at no cost. Once artwork is approved and production begins, materials and decoration setup are committed, so changes may not be possible — reach out to your expert right away and we will do everything we can.

Every order has a live timeline in your dashboard, from mockup approval through production and shipping, with tracking as soon as it is available. Your dedicated expert is also one reply away by email.

Reorders reuse your approved artwork and specs, so there is no new setup and no new mockup round unless you want changes. Reorder from your dashboard or ask your expert, and repeat setup fees are waived where the decoration is unchanged.

Yes. We can dropship to individual employees, event venues, or any combination of addresses from a single order. You manage one PO and we handle the routing.

Yes — 190+ countries. We pre-pay duties (DDP) for most markets so the recipient never gets a surprise bill.

No. You pay carrier cost. UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL — the same rate you would pay yourself, no handling fees added. DDP duties and taxes are also passed through at cost.

UPS Ground is standard for domestic shipments and typically lands in 1–5 business days depending on distance. International standard runs 3–6 business days on express lanes. Expedited service (2-day, overnight) is available when you need to hit an in-hands date.

Yes. Tracking numbers post to your order timeline as soon as labels are generated, and dropship recipients can be sent tracking automatically.

Yes. Choose 2-day or overnight service at carrier cost at checkout, or tell your expert your in-hands date and we will pick the service that makes it — combined with rush production when the timeline is tight.

On DDP (duty-paid) lanes we pre-pay duties and taxes and pass them through at cost, so recipients get a clean delivery with no bill at the door. On markets where DDP is not available we will flag it up front so there are no surprises.

Let us know within 30 days with a photo and we will replace the damaged pieces at no charge. We file the carrier claim on your behalf — you do not have to deal with the carrier.

If you catch it before the label is generated we can update the address for free. After it ships we will help reroute or reship — reroute fees, if any, are carrier charges passed through at cost.

In our climate-controlled Miami fulfillment center. Every SKU we produce for you is photographed and tracked in real time in your dashboard.

Storage is billed monthly per pallet ($30/pallet/month), prorated for partial months. Picking and pack-out are billed on outbound orders as they happen. Cancel any time — we will ship the remainder back to you at carrier cost.

No — our storage and fulfillment services are exclusively for items produced through Activate Swag. We don't receive or warehouse customer-supplied or third-party inventory. If you're looking to consolidate, we're happy to quote a fresh run and manage everything end to end.

No minimum. You are billed per pallet for exactly what you keep, so a single pallet program and a multi-pallet program are both fine. There is no monthly platform fee on top of the storage rate.

Three common models: bulk ship to one address, dropship to individual recipients, or warehouse-and-ship-on-demand where we hold your inventory and fulfill orders as they come in. You can mix them across a single program.

Yes. We assemble multi-item kits — apparel, drinkware, tech, packaging inserts, and hand-written notes — pack them to your spec, and ship them individually or in bulk. Loose-item pick-and-pack keeps per-unit assembly costs low.

Yes. Every stored SKU shows a live on-hand count in your dashboard, photographed and updated as orders ship, so you always know what is left and can reorder before you run out.

Pack-out is a flat $3.00 per outbound order (box, void fill, tape, label). Picks are $0.10 per loose item for kits and bundles, or $0.75 per item for full-case programs. You are only billed on orders that actually ship.

A branded link where recipients pick their own item and enter their shipping address. You send the link; they self-serve size, style, and address — no spreadsheets of addresses to collect up front.

No — shipping is included in the program. Recipients just pick their item and enter an address.

Yes — set per-recipient item limits or a total value cap when you configure the page, so spend stays inside budget.

Nothing is produced until a recipient claims their gift, so there's no leftover inventory to manage and you only pay for what is actually claimed.

Most campaigns launch within a few business days once artwork and recipient lists are provided.

Yes. The same tool works for new-hire onboarding, employee milestones, event giveaways, and client gifting — set a different item selection and budget per page, and use custom branding so each audience gets the right experience.

Yes — Build a Box starts at 25 kits. That is where we can hold pricing, source the right products, and still ship within 4–6 weeks.

No. We send a full visual mockup of your box and a line-item quote within 48 hours, with no credit card required. You only pay once you approve.

Absolutely. Many clients combine Activate Swag products with their own — a founder-written book, a snack from a local roaster — and we kit it all together. (Note: warehousing on its own is limited to items produced through us, but we happily assemble supplied items into a kit build.)

Yes. Choose a mailer or rigid gift box, then add branded tissue, custom tape, ribbon, a foam insert, and a thank-you card. Every layer is yours to shape, and it all shows up in the mockup before you approve.

Yes. Invite teammates to your account and assign roles so the right people can order, approve, or just view. Everyone works from the same catalog, inventory, and order history.

We support common HRIS and storefront integrations for automating new-hire swag and syncing recipient lists. Tell us the systems you use on a call and we will confirm what is available for your program.

Yes. Order history, inventory levels, and shipment records can be exported from your dashboard so you can reconcile spend and reporting in your own systems.

API access is available on enterprise programs for teams that want to automate ordering, fulfillment, and inventory against their own systems. Ask about it on your first call.

Send your logo and any direction, and our designers return a full visual mockup — typically within 24 hours — showing your art on the actual product. Nothing goes to production until you approve.

Mockup revisions are free and unlimited before production. Revise placement, color, and sizing as many times as you need to get it right.

Vector art (AI, EPS, or PDF) gives the cleanest decoration, but a high-resolution PNG usually works too. If all you have is a low-res logo, our team can help clean it up or recreate it for print.

Screen printing, embroidery, laser engraving, debossing, full-color digital print, and more — we recommend the method that fits the product and your art. The best choice for each item is called out on your mockup and quote.

Because products are custom-decorated they are not returnable for buyer’s remorse, but anything defective or misprinted is on us. Report it within 30 days with a photo and we will remake or refund the affected pieces.

Yes. Because you approve a mockup and a photo proof before production, surprises are rare — but if what arrives does not match the approved proof, we make it right with a remake or refund.

Report any defect, shortage, or shipping damage within 30 days of delivery and we will replace the affected items at no charge.

All major credit cards and ACH. Qualified accounts can also pay by purchase order on net terms — our accounting team sets that up directly.

Yes. Every order generates a receipt in your dashboard, and we can issue formal invoices for PO and net-terms accounts. Storage and fulfillment are invoiced monthly based on actual usage.

Send us your valid tax-exemption certificate and we will apply tax-exempt treatment to your account. Verified 501(c)(3) non-profits also get an automatic 10% discount on every order.

No. Creating an account, browsing the catalog, getting mockups, and talking to your swag expert are all free. You only pay when you place an order.

You do — but we quote them upfront. Every landed-cost quote from us includes the customs duty, harbor maintenance fee, and merchandise processing fee based on the current HTS code for your category. If tariff rates change between quote and shipment, we notify you before we commit the freight. No mid-shipment surprises.

Default is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to your US warehouse or 3PL — we handle freight, customs, and duties, you receive the goods. FOB (Freight on Board, port of origin) is available if you have your own freight forwarder and want to run duties through your customs broker. We quote both if you ask.

For first-time programs: 50% deposit to lock production, 50% balance due after final AQL passes and before vessel loading. For repeat customers with credit approved: net-30 or net-60 on the total invoice. Wire transfer, ACH, or credit card (2.9% fee) all accepted.

Physical pre-production samples run $40–$150 per SKU depending on complexity and are typically ready 7–14 days after art approval. Sample cost is credited back against the production order if you proceed. Sample-only requests (no production commitment) are charged at cost.

You do. Custom tooling — molds, dies, custom cut-and-sew patterns — is invoiced separately and owned by you. We keep it at the factory for your future runs. If you want to move production, we ship the tooling to you or your next vendor at cost.

Two paths, your call. Either the factory reworks the defective units at their cost before shipment (typical for cosmetic defects, adds 3–7 days), or we scrap the failed batch and re-run at the factory's expense (used when the defect rate exceeds the AQL 2.5 threshold for major defects). You are not billed for failed units. Full AQL report is shared with photos before you approve shipment.

CNY typically shuts factories for 3–4 weeks in late January or February. We block production commitments in that window and build a 2-week ramp buffer on either side because workforce return is uneven. Golden Week (early October) adds a 1-week pause. Any program landing in these windows gets flagged in your timeline with the shifted dates before you sign off.

Every partner factory signs an NDA and non-compete against your artwork and product design before we share files. Your files stay on our secured DAM, not on the factory's servers. For trademarked marks, we register the design with China Customs (registro) if you request it — that adds ~4 weeks upfront but blocks knock-off exports at the border.
