Build the company
we wished existed.
We are a small, sales-driven team rebuilding how companies run their branded-merch programs — from the catalog to the warehouse to the box on the doorstep. We hire for craft, clarity, and the desire to do work you can point at.

Small enough to know everyone.
Big enough to ship serious work.
Benefits are not the reason to join. They just should not be the reason you say no.
PTO + parental leave
Three weeks PTO, standard US holidays, a quiet week at year-end, and paid leave when a kid shows up.
Health, dental, vision + 401(k)
Comprehensive medical coverage for you and eligible dependents, plus a 401(k) so future-you has a head start.
Training & learning budget
Annual stipend for books, courses, and conferences. If it sharpens your craft, we will probably pay for it.
Hybrid in Miami + team trips
Three days in the Miami office, two flexible. Once a year the whole team gets together for a few days of focused work.
Four ideas everything else hangs on.
Four things we believe about this industry, in writing. If you have run into any of them as a buyer or vendor, the rest of the page will feel familiar.
Branded merch is broken.
Slow quotes, blurry proofs, mystery pricing, vendor portals from 2009. We are the team that decided to fix it instead of complain about it.
Speed is a feature.
Quotes in hours, proofs same day, reorders in a few clicks. If something we built is slower than the legacy way, we got something wrong.
Pricing should be legible.
Setup, run, decoration, freight — broken out, in plain English, before the customer commits. No "call for pricing."
The buyer is a real person.
HR coordinators, office managers, founders ordering their first hoodie — we build for the human placing the order, not the procurement abstraction.

A real Tuesday at the Miami HQ — proofs on screen, samples on the desk, decisions in the room.
We're hiring.
