Outside Sales Rep

This is a commission-only role for self-starters with existing relationships in HR, Marketing, agencies, or local enterprises. You will work South Florida (and beyond, if you have a book) — running coffees, walkthroughs, and tradeshow follow-ups. Activate Swag supplies the product, pricing, samples, proofs, design support, and fulfillment. You bring the conversations and close them.

• Generate your own pipeline through your network and field activity
• Run in-person meetings, samples drop-offs, and event follow-ups
• Close branded merch and kit programs, then hand off to operations
• Stay in front of repeat buyers — reorder revenue belongs to you
• Represent Activate Swag at local events and meetups when it makes sense

• 5+ years selling something in the field — merch, print, ad specialty, agency, or local B2B
• You already have relationships you can activate in week one
• You are comfortable being paid on outcomes, not hours
• You can run an in-person meeting and walk out with a next step
• Based in South Florida or with an active book here

• Existing book of HR, People Ops, or Marketing buyers
• Comfortable speaking on quantity breaks, decoration, and lead times
• Bilingual EN/ES
